At Kadambarie, Refunds are only applicable for items that are received damaged, defective, or incorrect. Customers must raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery along with proper proof such as an unboxing video. To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact. Once the return is approved and the product is received, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–8 working days. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued as store credit. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable and delays, if any, depend on the customer’s bank or payment provider

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor its status. Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to external factors such as logistics or unforeseen circumstances. Customers are requested to provide accurate shipping details, as we are not responsible for delays or issues arising from incorrect addresses.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. However, if your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to assist with a cancellation upon request. In such cases, the refunded amount will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
